HAPPY NEW YEAR, EVERYONE! Welcome to 2018!

The beginning of the new year is always a great time to take a look back and take stock of our accomplishments over the past year and then look forward to what we want to achieve during the coming year. I’m not a big believer in “New Year’s Resolutions” because they just never tend to work out. In fact, most people will have given up on their resolutions by the beginning of February.

However, I am a HUGE believer in goal-setting and then utilizing a system to make those goals realities! And we don’t have to wait until January 1st to begin! BUT, since we are here at the beginning of the year, it seems as good a time as any to get started!

A few months ago, I posted about how the answers to life’s issues just seem to come from the most unusual places if we are willing to keep our minds open to solutions. I love few things more than experiencing a convergence of events that result in big answers to big questions. And that’s exactly what happened in the second half of 2017 for us. We experienced a series of synchronicities that have resulted in information that we just can’t keep to ourselves.

Synchronicity #1: After her Ironman adventures in 2016, my partner, Angie, decided that she wanted to fulfill her desire to coach in the health and wellness field, so she enrolled in a rigorous certification program to become an “Integrative Nutrition Health Coach.” At first, she questioned her decision because much of the information she was receiving in her classes was stuff she already knew, but as time went on she was exposed to exciting new information that she felt compelled to share with others. We employed much of what she was learning in our own lives, and things started to change for the better.

Synchronicity #2: At our annual Breakthrough Summit at The Shores event in June, Angie was approached by a number of attendees asking for advice on their weight loss strategies. By the end of the event, she committed to creating a health and wellness program that would begin in the middle of August.

Synchronicity #3: As I mentioned in my post back in October, I discovered a key piece of this puzzle at the most unlikely place in July – the annual National Speakers Association convention.

We launched a pilot program with 17 participants on August 14th and were very honest with our participants – we honestly didn’t know what would happen. We had some personal anecdotal evidence that we were on the right track, but we couldn’t promise that it would translate to other people. Week by week we shared information on changing the mindset surrounding health and wellness as well as nutritional information that was simple and easy to implement. The results of that 12-week program were astonishing! People got HEALTHIER than they had been in a long time! We accepted some people into the pilot program who had serious health conditions – Type 2 diabetes and pre-diabetes – on the condition that they got their doctors involved in the process (because we are NOT doctors). As the weeks went on, Mark, who was an insulin-dependent diabetic, lost over 25 lbs. and had his insulin dosage reduced by his doctor at least 7 times at last count! His wife, Judy, who was pre-diabetic and on the verge of needing medicine to control her blood sugar, lost 30 lbs. and is no longer pre-diabetic!

Other people in the program also lost weight, but more importantly, they reported feeling better than they had in years! Their skin looked better… They had more energy… Their bodies functioned better… Old aches and pains were going away… and more!

The result of our pilot program is the UnREALogical Health Fundamentals Program. It is a 30-day program that focuses on the 4 key pillars of mindset and nutrition – simple changes that are made day by day and week by week that produce incredible changes in a short period of time. Our next class begins on January 15th!

If your goals for 2018 include creating your very best self from a health and wellness perspective, I encourage you to investigate UnREALogical Health further. It is unlike any program on the market today because IT IS NOT A DIET! Weight loss is simply a happy side-effect of a healthy body!

But don’t take my word for it, listen to what Mark and Judy have to say:
